Let’s talk outhouses

Are you for them? Or against them? I only ask because I had to use one quite recently- Saturday to be exact and it was about 20 degrees outside. Taking the pants down in that cold is the hardest part. You might ask if I’m kidding… surely outhouses aren’t still used in this day and age? Yes, yes they are. Some people actually use them at their house but I happened to be out in the woods at an ol’ hunting camp. It was much better than going in the woods.
Can’t imagine using one yourself? Go outside in the woods, pull down your pants, do your business and then look around…. don’t you wish YOU had an outhouse now? We have toilet paper in them- we’re not hill billy’s! hee hee

This all leads to my next question- what modern ‘thing’ could you think you could not live without? Toilets? Showers? Dish Washer? Post the one thing you couldn’t live without and let’s compare.

Oh, and mine…. hmm, well obviously I can use the bathroom outside. I know how to build a fire and kill my own food. I can pitch a tent with the best of them. I prefer to hand wash my dishes. I really love to watch television so I’ll pick that!
