Celtic Destiny is bringing sweet romance back…

Posted By Kissa

Celtic Destiny’s been out a few weeks now and I get emails almost daily responding with good reports. Sweet romance had its place and I’m glad Celtic Destiny is right there among other great reads. If you like ghosts mixed with a Scottish setting and a tinge of romance you should check it out:
Lyrical Press, Inc.

The cover is amazing as well. Thank you Renee!

Here’s a short excerpt:
The sentries strolled along the wall-walk looking for signs of an attack. Elizabeth waited at the turret for Jonathan. They’d almost been caught the night before. That couldn’t happen again. If her father, the king, learned that she’d sneaked a commoner in through the gatehouse for her own pleasure there was sure to be a killing.
She just couldn’t help herself. Every time she looked into those soulful green eyes she was bewitched. He loved her. Didn’t he bring trinkets to every visit? This man wanted more than just her body.
She fiddled with the hair adornment he’d brought last time they met. It was emerald green like his eyes, and surrounded fresh water pearls. It looked magnificent in her ebony hair. Tonight was the night she would tell him. Soon everyone would know. There was no way to hide the fact she was with child, and she didn’t want to anymore. Her father’s reaction scared her into keeping the secret as long as she had.
Her father had prearranged a marriage to Prince Julian of Wales. It would benefit both families. She would be expected to have many descendants. The problem was she was already pregnant with Jonathan’s child.

    Hi Kissa,
This is just my favorite type of story. I will definitely be reading this. Loved the excerpt you put up.I love anything Celtic, anything about a Scottish Highlander.

Oh me too Carol! I’m in love with the whole Celtic setting. And the men are gorgeous in those kilts aren’t they? haha
