This is a day thought by many to be a time of unusual happenings. I love unusual happenings! Whispers of ghosts draw me to the cemetery in the middle of the night to take pictures. Spectre sightings intrigue me. Legends absolutely fascinate me.  Yes, I watch movies even knowing that I will be terrified during certain parts or maybe even have to hide my head under the covers. It’s the thrill that gets me. And who hasn’t gone on a date to a scary movie? Heck, a valid reason to grab, fondle, and hold tight? I’m there! I’ve never really had anything ‘otherworldly’ happen to me before. The closest thing I have to a physic connection is my dreams coming true. Every major event in my life, thus far, was preceded by a dream where I lived through the situation before it actually happened. A way for my subconscious to prepare me maybe?I’d love to hear about real-life experiences with the unusual or paranormal…Â
Well – I once waited an hour outside of a house to get a shot with no one out front – it was an antebellum mansion in Natchez, MS and they were giving tours – when I developed the picture there were 3 blurry figures in hoop skirts on the porch… the picture has since been lost but not the memory.
Ohhh, spooky, Delilah. I love it. Last summer we vacationed in Savannah, GA and went on a midnight run to the cemetery to take pictures. We got several orbs and a blurry face in a window. Oh, hubby was asleep so we all loaded up in a cab. It was a hoot!
Thanks for dropping by.
i did not notice it was Friday the 13th until I saw your post….I am not a fan since one 13th i had my car destroyed when a guy backed into it at a gas station
Oh no, Savannah! Wrecks are never good. Sorry you have a bad memory of this particular day.
